Macarena Polek is our Recruitment Coordinator; her primary responsibilities include assisting with designing and implementing recruiting strategies for the company. She’s the center of commutation between our recruiters and managers to help discover staffing requirements and job objectives.

Macarena comes to us with 14 years of Hotel operations experience in the top three major markets of Miami, New York and Los Angeles, she has worked in almost every facet of the hospitality industry and found her passion in learning and development. She used her leadership skills to implement training programs at various top hotel brands and focused on recruiting top talent in order to support high business demands.
