Jomadel “Jo” Lagasca-Castaneda has been working in the recruitment industry for 5 years. She enjoys meeting new different kinds of people, with different life or career goals and perspectives. Ultimately gaining experience in human resource practices, onboarding, sourcing, and recruiting at a variety of levels. She has developed a passion for not only being the voice of those who cannot communicate for themselves effectively but also by helping people acknowledge the potential within themselves and be able to communicate it constructively to the hiring managers. She’s able to communicate with people from all walks of life that all have one thing in common, they need a job, but she’s more interested in finding people’s careers rather than simply jobs.
